Dashboard tổng hợp

Dashboard = sheet Excel auto-render với toàn bộ KPI quan trọng của dự án trong 1 view duy nhất. Click 1 nút → DVDPM tổng hợp data từ tất cả module → tạo sheet đẹp, sẵn forward sếp.

Render Dashboard

  1. Tab DVDPM → Dashboard.
  2. DVDPM tạo / cập nhật sheet Dashboard trong file Excel hiện tại.
  3. ~3-5 giây tùy dự án size.

Nội dung Dashboard sheet

  • Logo công ty (configurable trong v1.x)
  • Tên dự án + mã
  • Ngày generate (dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm)
  • Mode: Owner / Contractor

KPI Cards (top section)

8 cards lớn hiển thị:

Conditional formatting:

  • Green: on-track
  • Orange: warning
  • Red: critical

S-Curve mini

Chart embedded ngay trong Dashboard với cumulative cost theo thời gian — Plan vs Actual.

Top tables

  • 5 HĐ giá trị lớn nhất (descending)
  • 5 đợt thanh toán sắp tới (next 30 days)
  • Variation Orders pending (Submitted, chưa Approved)
  • Bảo lãnh sắp hết hạn (≤30d)

Risks + alerts

Section đỏ liệt kê các vấn đề cần chú ý:

  • HĐ chưa có BoQ
  • Đợt thanh toán quá hạn (Plan date < Today, status != Paid)
  • Permit hết hạn / sắp hết
  • Daily log không log >7 ngày
  • Budget over-committed

→ “Việc cần làm” nhanh cho PM.

Vị trí Dashboard sheet

Dashboard được tạo ở vị trí cố định (cuối tab list, trước Sheet1). Nếu anh/chị muốn move:

  1. Right-click tab Dashboard → Move or Copy → reorder.
  2. Lần render kế tiếp DVDPM cập nhật content nhưng GIỮ position.

DVDPM KHÔNG lock sheet — anh/chị có thể format thêm, thêm chart, copy sang slide. Khi click Dashboard lại sẽ overwrite content nhưng nếu thêm sheet mới có tên khác, không bị ảnh hưởng.

Customize Dashboard

Hiện tại template Dashboard không customize được trong v1.0. Roadmap v1.x:

  • Pick KPI cards muốn hiển thị
  • Đổi màu sắc theo brand công ty
  • Thêm logo công ty thay logo DVDPM

Nếu cần custom ngay → render Dashboard → copy data sang sheet mới → format theo ý.

Render định kỳ

Khuyến nghị render Dashboard:

  • Cuối ngày thứ 6 mỗi tuần — báo cáo tuần
  • Đầu tháng — báo cáo tháng
  • Trước meeting với CĐT — refresh latest data

Render PDF / PowerPoint

Sau khi có Dashboard sheet:

  • Excel → File → Print → Save as PDF → 1-2 trang PDF
  • Hoặc tab DVDPM → PDF → DVDPM tự render PDF report 5-7 trang đẹp hơn (gồm Dashboard + breakdowns)
  • Hoặc tab DVDPM → PPTX → tạo slide deck PowerPoint với 10+ slide cho meeting

→ Phù hợp cho 3 use case khác nhau: quick share (PDF Excel), formal report (PDF DVDPM), meeting deck (PPTX).

Tip thực tế

  • Render trước screenshot: KPI cards format đẹp đẹp screenshot tốt cho PowerPoint.
  • Click Dashboard sau khi update lớn: thêm HĐ, mark đợt Paid, approve VO → render lại để KPI cập nhật.
  • Compare snapshot tuần: copy Dashboard sheet → rename Dashboard-2026-W18 → tuần sau click Dashboard mới có 2 sheets so sánh.
  • Background đen / dark mode: Dashboard render theo Excel theme. Nếu theme dark → format có thể chói. Switch Excel theme Light cho Dashboard.
